House Rules & Policies

You'll be staying in a home in a residential community, so we ask every guest to treat it with care and respect. Thank you for helping us keep the suites safe, clean and peaceful.

Checking in and out

  • Golf View Suite: check-in after 12:00 noon, check-out before 10:00 AM
  • Elegant Suite: check-in after 2:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM
  • Self check-in with the building staff
  • Early check-in and late check-out only when agreed in advance
  • Every guest must show valid government-issued photo ID at check-in

During your stay

  • Up to 4 guests per suite. Only registered guests may stay; visitors need our approval in advance.
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM at the Golf View Suite and 11 PM to 7 AM at the Elegant Suite. Please keep noise low at all times and be considerate of the neighbours.
  • No smoking, vaping or illegal substances inside the suites.
  • No parties, events, loud music or gatherings without our prior written approval.
  • Pets are welcome with prior approval and must be supervised at all times. Assistance animals are always allowed.
  • Please follow the building and society rules on security, parking and use of the common areas.
  • Handle the furniture, appliances and decor with care, and please don't move or remove anything. Report any damage, loss or breakage straight away.
  • Keep the suite tidy and put rubbish in the designated bins.
  • Switch off the lights, AC, fans and appliances when you go out.
  • Lost keys or access cards may carry a replacement charge.
  • Damage, excessive cleaning or breaches of these rules may lead to additional charges. For Airbnb bookings these follow Airbnb's policies.

  • Check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been approved
  • Return the keys
  • Lock up

Safety and privacy

  • Exterior security cameras cover the main gate, building entrance, parking, lift lobby and common corridors. There are no cameras inside the suites or in any private guest space.
  • The Elegant Suite has noise decibel monitors on the property.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in each suite.
  • Fire extinguisher and first aid kit in each suite.
  • The township has a children's play area. Please keep an eye on little ones.

Cancellations

  • Airbnb bookings: the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb for your dates applies.
  • Direct bookings: we confirm the cancellation terms in writing with your booking, before you make any payment.
